Very poor | Reason for this to see a dr. We all had experience from.8.00am we start ringing. By the time we get through the receptionist after hour all the appointment gone .you ring next day same thing .when I want to see Dr.when person is not well.you get precooked appointment after two.to three weeks. I think it’s not fair on patients. Need to improve on answering phone .with in 5 minutes. Like all other organisations.the surgery should only take the patients that surgery can manage.
