Very poor | Have to call multiple times for appointment to book blood test .Started calling from March and managed to get appointment in the month of May. | There should be different option to book blood test appointment and general enquiry. Very poor | There’s always no appointments with your chosen family doctor. There’s always new ones and some which are still training. Most of the time the appointments are booked by the time we get through even though we ring bang on 8. Good | It takes about 45 minutes to connect call to get appointments to see a doctor and though I was lucky to get appointment, today my husband who has high fever with shivers, headache, cough, asthma flared feeling weak( he had heart attack last February and has Asthma) didn’t get appointment or call from doctor after his phone connection taking 50 minutes | May 2, 2024 at 9:18 am |
