Very poor | It’s impossible to get an appointment now, the new online triage system is awful. There’s not enough options to choose what is wrong and why we want to see a doctor but instead it asks more questions to direct to a pharmacy. When I call the reception to ask for an appointment I’m not allowed a same day one or I have to call tomorrow morning, so what’s the point in relying on GP practices for help, we might as well all fill ED with our problems.
