Very poor

The triaging system is awful, not enough options to select our problems and then when we talk to receptionist, they’re not understanding our problem and won’t give us an appointment or tell us to call the next day. At this point half of the patients at the Surgery should just sit in ED because we won’t be seen for another 3 to 4 days.

Neither good nor poor

I have given my option before but it seems a paper or shall I say an messages by phone. But no feed back.
The communication needs vast improvement. There should be a separate phone line for quick enquiries rather then waiting in a queue for people who are at work during office hours.
Please create an open face to face discussion day with the practice managers and Head Doctors who are in charge of our practice.

Better training for phone operators handling call.
An open slot for working people rather then phoning exactly at 08:00 when we are at work.
