Poor | The receptionist told me I had a change of medication I told her I didn’t but she chose not to listen to me and still kept on insisting I had a change of medication because it was on the notes so I was wrong I told her i am the one taking the medication so I would know better than herself which medication i take so she needs to find out whats going on and update records and she needs to get back to me ….I’m still waiting | Receptionist need to listen better to patients | July 2, 2026 at 11:06 am |
