Neither good nor poor | July 2, 2026 at 10:57 am | ||
Very poor | Always difficult to get appointments despite waiting in the morning from 8am Receptionist give out wrong information or get confused. I recently asked for an appointment to discuss BP medication due to a change in circumstances. Receptionist said “if GP told you take the medication you should” when I asked for an appointment. I did clarify that I needed medical advice on it and that I don’t think it’s right for the Receptionist to advise me on my medication given that she did not even know the circumstances as to why I was concerned. | Receptionist to listen to query before jumping to conclusions Better system for appointments as they always run out Feel like the GP practice has passed capacity for taking on more clients so service is always stretched, poor and scarce. I mentioned this on a call and receptionist said they cant turn away clients from area and that the government says they cannot refuse. Perhaps need more staff and doctors to manage thr load. | July 2, 2026 at 10:57 am |
