Neither good nor poor	Whenever I call and speak to reception, they are not helpful. They sometimes give confusing updates for my mum. They called my sister about my mum. And when she called they told her that she is not authorised to talk as her name was not on record. So why call her. Then reception checked and said ok the name was on record. But when speaking to the GP he said she is not on record and can’t discuss about mum. This has happened so many times. Surgery must have all updates on their records.
