Neither good nor poor

Last time I came to practice was for blood test ,appt was for 12:30 pm had to wait 35mins before nurse and they were not even busy . Not sure if nurses on lunch ?

Time keeping would be good and if running late they should inform patients as some people take time off from work for appts and given certain time specifications to return to work . The nurses never even apologise for lateness !!!

Cause you have to tell recpectist everything plus some of the staff are very rude

Stop asking question and stop being a doctor and most Importang answer calls not after half an hour

Can never get appointment. Receptionist are always confused and I dread calling in as they are always confusion. They breached gdpr and was trying to give me someone else’s results when I didn’t have an appointment. I advised and they called me back again to do the same.

-can never get an appointment
-long wait time to be seen by a doctor
– last time I went there was unprofessionalism from a doctor and a nurse badmouthing another staff member
-no hand sanitiser throughout

-have appointments available
-have nurses available. What’s the point of having diabetic nurses that only work till 4 when most people finish work after 4?!
-have GPs listen to your problem rather than always “try these antibiotics and if it doesn’t help come back” fully knowing it’s hard to get an appointment
-have receptionists available! The amount of times there’s nobody at the desk
-have friendly receptionists
-less waiting time on the phone
-no sense of emergency at this surgery
