Very poor

The service level has dropped considerably: phone calls take ages to answer, new reception area is awful (not sure if temporary), having to wait c30 mins before being called in to see the doctor, no urgency from the reception staff, unable to provide a minimum standard of patient satisfaction and yet looking to recruit more patients, being prescribed the wrong ear drops leading to an unnecessary c£11 cost…the list continues.

Very poor

The receptionist was clue less not knowing what she was sokmg

It took them 45 minutes to say I have a blood test on Sunday .
Also getting mixed up with my notes and telling me she spoke to my husband about me when my husband did not even go there.
Absolutely dissatisfied.
Rang on Monday for appointment and was 53 in the queue.
Was waiting for a call when it was my turn but never got a call.
Rang at 8.01am

Very good

All of the staff are very kind and professional and provide an excellent service to me as a patient

There can be more phone lins and more availability for on the day appointments
