Very good

Reception Team Members at both surgery have always been polite and helpful and Doctors always call on time and give correct advise .

I mostly use the Doncaster road surgery and it is always kept bright , clean and in good condition.

It is a very busy surgery but team members are always helpful.

You don’t get an appointment when you need it. Ring bang on 8 first of all the line is busy,we have to constantly press call till we get on the queue. When you get in the queue we are holding for an hour ,to hour and half just to be told there’s no appointments available and call back the next day which can go on for 2 to 3 days. We have to demand an appointment. There’s always nothing available but all of a sudden When we say the person’s on the care plan there’s an appointment available. We get seen by practitioners who don’t know what they’re doing. They’re consultant to the doctors through email. And then the doctor’s instructing them what to do. If practitioners can make decisions what is the point of them being there? I’ve had an experience where my mum had Bruising on her body just for the training doctor to say she’s on blood thinner Then, we come back home late evening we get a text message saying, my mom needs a blood test and someone will contact you which didn’t happened so i rang the surgery to find out what was going on. My mother’s had a major operation. A year ago, and obviously she needed to be seen by a doctor it is ridiculous and I don’t really see the point. Your service is gone from bad to worse. None of the Doctors who are the partnership holders of the surgery are not available. On your answer phone you are asking people to get registered at the surgery if you have no appointment for access existing patients they why you registered new one. Think about it. Provide good service for the presentation patient, then think about getting new ones in.

Give better instructions to your reception is because they’re the one who has to deal with all the slack of the patient? Which is not fair? Because they are just following your Instructions, but your instructions are not very clear. So the management really need to sort this out.
