Very poor | You don’t get an appointment when you need it. Ring bang on 8 first of all the line is busy,we have to constantly press call till we get on the queue. When you get in the queue we are holding for an hour ,to hour and half just to be told there’s no appointments available and call back the next day which can go on for 2 to 3 days. Constantly, we have to | Give better instructions to your reception is because they’re the one who has to deal with all the slack of the patient? Which is not fair?
