Good | Very difficult to get an appointment. When I told the receptionist that I had back ache her demeanour immediately changed and she was adamant that there were no appointments available, not even a call from a doctor. I was made to feel like she had made a determination on my ailment. | Better phone manner and empathy when speaking to patients. Neither good nor poor | I haven’t recently rang, but when I have you phone is always ringing without being answered quickly. | You should understand that the person on the other side of the phone would be in poor health that’s why the are ringing.
