Very poor | Dr Mohammed was fantastic but unfortunately was running over 20 minutes late due to appointments not being scheduled properly. | Actually book double appointments for those that require it so that everyone doesn’t have to wait. Neither good nor poor | Patients call at 8am. At 8.05 you at 30 or 80 in the que by the time patients get a call back all the appointments are gone. Can’t speak to a GP on the day and face to face appointments are not always available. For some issues a face to face appointment is necessary. | A better telephone appointment service.
