Very poor | I tried making a appointment for my elderly mother but the whole process was so difficult, I had called at 8am and was 15th and when my call was answered I wa told we don’t have a appointments left. The call lead to nothing to be honest because you can only get a phone consultation instead of face to face. I then requested to be called by the Manager and was told it will be done, I was given information which was not factual and j asked for it in writing it was refused. We are a week down the line I am still waiting for a call and I have been to the surgery to remind them of this as well but still nothing. | If you can not accommodate the patients due to lack of slots then make patients aware of this. | April 1, 2026 at 4:29 pm |
