Very poor

I tried making a appointment for my elderly mother but the whole process was so difficult, I had called at 8am and was 15th and when my call was answered I wa told we don’t have a appointments left. The call lead to nothing to be honest because you can only get a phone consultation instead of face to face. I then requested to be called by the Manager and was told it will be done, I was given information which was not factual and j asked for it in writing it was refused. We are a week down the line I am still waiting for a call and I have been to the surgery to remind them of this as well but still nothing.

If you can not accommodate the patients due to lack of slots then make patients aware of this.
The reception staff need to be empathetic instead of being imposing and bullish towards patients
The reception staff also need to stop giving non factual information which comes across as patronising.

Staffs are very rude
