Good | I have visit the surgery on numerous occasion s , have to say last visit was good. I called the surgery after an incorrect referral by Dr Mittal. Called the surgery and was informed would receive a call back. The doctor that called was empathetic and listened attentively and made an appointment for me to come in to see Dr Patel. The doctor was compassionate , empathetic very professional – compared to Dr Basu at the general hospital who I had been incorrectly referred to who was very dismissive and disregarded info I provided. | I called back to seek advice from the Dr Patel as a result of another appointment made by Dr Basu . But was unable to speak to him – again I don’t feel the reception staff should be allowed to advise next steps- they are not trained medical doctors so should not be able to decide who can and cannot see a doctor . | December 2, 2025 at 5:51 pm |
