Very good | All staff are very friendly and helpful, from receptionist, nurses and Dr’s. Appointments available at times convenient to you. Staff and dr’s always keep you informed about what’s happening. Always chasing up with patients to make sure regular check ups are up to date. Good | I was pleased with requested telephone appointment with the GP regarding my ongoing health issues. Dr Thakur called me and we discussed my skin lesion on my shoulder and head and discussed my lower back pain with spondylitis and stenosis and arthritis. He was pleasant and advised that 2 week appointment with Dermatology and photos and results came with benign lesions, and if I noticed any itchiness and blood to contact my GP surgery. | I have had bad experience with the telephonist when they called me and are very uptide when I have said that I am unable to hear there voice is very faint for me to hear. I have said to them that I have hearing loss. There is no apology or to rectify from them.I have my phone on speaker phone.
