Very good

I’m happy with surgery good service they look after every time

Prefer all the time one doctor so we not explain every time

Neither good nor poor

Staff quite competent. However during one telephone conversation with admin staff there was too much background noise, making it difficult to hear what was being said.
Also, the time span between getting test results and speaking to a doctor is too long.

1. Reduce the time period between receiving test results and consultation.
2.Take steps to reduce background conversation when contacting patients by phonecall.

Very poor

Dr do not follow up blood tests. They do not read hospital diagnoses. Expect patient to know all the background and explain all symptoms in the appointment. They do not have any idea of how long you are suffering in the mean time. To me if feels the 10mins time slot is just about ticking a box. There is no genuine care with practitioner and patient. Leaving an unsatisfied patient. The NHS system is truely broken

Give more time to complex illnesses, truely understand why your patient is having to come back again and again. Receptionist who book appointments should know this is annongoing ilness and refer to a senior DR. If they keep giving trainee DR referral its causing set backw on patient health wich in my case could have easily been avoided. Surgery is getting bad views on this basis. Dr to take more ownership in following up their patient care plan. This 10 mins in and out is not helping the patient or the Dr in giving the best care and treatment.
