People not standing far from patients been served it’s private all things patient was to talk receptionist please look into needs need bit privacy please also traffic wardens in ares they want to book you for lovely ticket
🎫 which is bad parking facilities not good cant blame surgery just needs some attention please to it appointment getting better I think I have heard from patients when I talk at hospital please could be lot better in future definitely best with more technology coming new every day please we need meetings once a week or month just general meeting with patients feed back or any ides of others illnesses discussed with doctors and give advice of how can our doctor can help and surgery fully understand with patients how they can look after them and how to be positive attitude to learning better health how can patient can be all the time please just suggestion please contact me I will be willing to help at meetings once a month feed back of the whole new surgery done

The change of address forms are being processed very slowly. I submitted the form on September 4th and my mailing and residential address still hasn’t changed.

I would like to see my examination history and the relevant results of my tests in my NHS account.
