Neither good nor poor | Once we are able to see the gp they are excellent which is why we choose to remain with the surgery. Reception staff are happy to gossip about office politics in front of patients which is uncomfortable. Call at 8 am on the dot and are still unable to get an appointment as they have been taken. Last time I called I was number 7 in the queue for an hour. | Offer flexible appointments online which we can book for the week rather then having to call at 8am and still not getting the appt.
