Good | Apt. was not on schedule on time was delayed 20 minutes as you may know that patient has to return back to work or have further apt elsewhere. This can delay patient in attending their appointment elsewhere. I do work within NHS and patient are delayed or not taking in time, it would be shameful for our service and department therefore we have to keep in our time limit. Hope you understand what I am saying and highlighting. | If it is simple blood test it should not take that long.
