I’ve been with Dr Thakor for a long time. He understands my needs and is very proactive and professional with any diagnosis and solution driven. I cannot say the say about the Surgery practice things only get resolved once I’ve seen Dr Thakor and he is able to fast track my health care.

Train some of your staff in people skills and dealing with critical issue without asking too many personal questions. I don’t even think staff go through some form of accredited training or maybe I am being presumptuous. So better training would be my suggest.

What is the point of calling and waiting in the queue when you can’t get appts?
If you ask for an advanced appt, there is nothing available until 29th which is too late. What’s the solution.
Your lines are clogged up because we can’t get through and we’re having to make calls every day. What a joke

Literally don’t make us call back another day.
