Very poor | I keep receiving these txt msg. I’d rather time be spent were the staff answer my calls when I’m trying to make appointment rather than waste time sending silly surveys that never get actioned | My health is progressively getting worse. I’ve had this issue with my back pain spasms travelling down the leg feels like forever / constantly being provided medication rather than action. Still losing sleep due to my pain getting worse . This is having a knock on effect with the rest of my health as I’m lucky if I get 4 hrs sleep. This is affecting my work and my mental health . Issues need to be taken seriously and dealt with when presented- occupational health stated this is an on going issue should have been dealt with rather than constantly prescribing mediation to keep me quiet rather than dealing with the issue . Neither good nor poor | Service was do with a call to the surgery, I was 4th in line of calls, which I thought my turn would come in few minutes, however I was kept on wait for about half an hour, listening to recorded message about surgery services several times to my annoyance. Once, twice is acceptable but continues is too much. | Caller wait time should be no more than 15 minutes, also recorded message to be played no more than twice.
