Very good | I recently had a telephone appointment with the pharmacist from SHMC, the pharmacist was very helpful and explained in detail my options regarding suggested new medication. She also offered to follow up a week later and sent me information regarding any side effects. | As it is quite difficult to get an appointment with the doctors, offering more telephone appointments with the pharmacist or other healthcare professionals would be helpful. | June 4, 2025 at 1:24 pm |
Neither good nor poor | Because it’s was first experience. When I feeling bad then I need a appointment but that GP doesn’t receive a phone call until 10 minutes counting . Then I was very irritated. After I was gone GP for book my appointment. After they told me haven’t some appointment today If you need please call you at 8 :00 am that was really bad. That time I needed they aren’t give some appointment for doctor. And second thing was After I meet a doctor their service was good. Thank you.! | It would have been better if you had done this when I needed appointment why don’t give that time although we had told needed appointment and you said please call next morning.
