Neither good nor poor | Unable to get doctors to | The phone lines is all ways budy | June 4, 2025 at 8:02 am |
Very poor | Been waiting for nearly 2 months for the nurse to call me about my blood test results as there was something “abnormal” – initial call was supposed to be in May where I was told “the call could be anytime in the day” – i received one attempt at calling me in the morning and missed it due to being at work, called back 3-5 min later and was told i have missed my appointment and it needs rearranging. The rearranged call is for June 9th. For something which is generally quite patient, 2 months for a call on abnormal blood test results is really not comforting. The only reason I was given is “protocol” – the nurse was not told I called back but the receptionist quite quickly told me it was “not urgent” – make it make sense?? | Customer service is poor. Method of getting appointments is poor. The patients can’t be doing all the graft, the surgery must make it easier and more accessible for patients too get results and appointments. How is it that the patient has to keep a whole day free for a single call and if the nurse calls the patient once, and the call is missed, then it’s to the detriment of the patient? Really unfair and not considerate of the fact that patients also have other responsibilities. As much as we’d like to, we cannot revolve our lives around poor medical “protocols” and procedures. | June 4, 2025 at 8:04 am |
