Neither good nor poor | When you ring up for appointment it takes 45 minutes minimum for them to answer and when answered they act as if they are the doctors and tell us what to do instead of the doctor. It would help after waiting so long to at least speak to a doctor to see what he has to say. | I would have preferred to speak or see a doctor instead of reception telling me to go to A&E. And if doctors can use to ring on the surgery number instead of using private number facility not every one is happy answering on a private calls and block private calls. | May 2, 2025 at 8:47 am |
