Good	It’s getting better then it was before but can still make improvements to the services that are provided to patients!	Well there are quite a few a few! Most important is not getting the doctors appointments when needed!	December 4, 2024 at 11:20 am
Good	It’s a long wait to get through to book a GP appt or telephone call despite calling at 8am But once through there is a 90% chance of getting a GP to call back – GP’s are excellent as they tend to call back very quickly!	Increase your appointment call lines to shorten waiting times Add more options to your phone service to Include a cancellation of appointment option and to speak direct to the pharmacist	December 4, 2024 at 11:20 am
