Neither good nor poor

Had an issue with medication and asked if I could speak with management. Was told manager would call me back still not had any call back from management.

Be kind and considerate to all this way everyone will be happy and the job can get done. This applies to all patients and staff. Everyone has issues but we should not be taking it to work.

Very poor

Rubbish practice, wait too long on phone (number 121 in queue and 2 hours 10 minutes to answer when I called at bang on 8am on one occasion!) surgery is dirty, doctors don’t seem to know what they’re doing, generally staff are rude….need I say anymore?

Employ experienced and qualified staff, man your phone line more efficiently, clean and sanitise the whole building thoroughly, train your staff to stop being rude and teach them some people skills….shall I carry on??
