Good | The HCA I saw was very efficient, polite, friendly and she said she would follow up with a call after the results were back and she did. | Not in this occasion, however when generally text messages are received for an appointment there is no context referring to what the appointment is booked for or with whom, so if a patient has a few appointments it’s very confusing. | October 1, 2024 at 5:05 pm |
