Neither good nor poor	First of all, there are only 2 options when you ring the surgery. They’re used to be 4. Secondly, I would like the doctor to ring me in regards to test results rather than the receptionist as they are not qualified to answer any questions I may have. Thirdly, some of the receptionists are not very helpful and some do have an attitude when speaking to them.	Have more receptionists to answer the phone. Have more appointments available as whenever I have been to the surgery, it’s always empty. So it makes me think where all the appointment go. Can you switch the online appointments back on and have a variety of doctors available for them. As there are never any appointments available.	October 1, 2024 at 10:22 am
