Neither good nor poor | Can never get an appointment when you need it. We’ve been told to phone early morning at 8-am but still you don’t get an appointment. You are told to leave your number and will get back to you. But hours after you get an answer saying sorry we are fully booked. We don’t like to phone the doctors for no reason but have to as it’s the only doctor who can answer. Please think about us old age people where you are given appointments at other surgeries when they struggle to walk and drive. Very poor | Very very difficult to get thru via telephone to make an appointment , and even more for face to face appointment. Telephone appointment are issued as an all day any time call from GP. This could be narrowed down to at an Hour slot. | October 1, 2024 at 9:54 am |
