Poor | When my elderly mother came in to book an appointment she was told to go home and make the appointment over the phone. She does not speak English and the receptionist continued to say go home and call. Very good | I have been in contact a few times over the past few months. The new photo system of dermatological issues is great as it saves a trip to the drs. The drs have been helpful and we have had quick resolutions to our issues. The callback system for morning phonecalls is very helpful too as previously I used to be on hold for up to an hour whilst doing school runs etc. | Perhaps informing patients that the Dr may call after hours. I was waiting for a call which did not come until approx 7pm and I thought I had been forgotten as I assumed clinic hours were until 5pm. | October 1, 2024 at 9:08 am |
