Very poor | When booking appointments the reception say none are available at 8 am in the morning. Also nurses see patients sitting in the waiting area but do not call pateints thag have arrived early in to reduce waiting times. People that are working cannot call in at 8 am to book appointments. When trying to get sicknotes doctors do not sign them straight away during the appointment so it delays getting sick notes back to employers. | Please provide an online prebooking system for doctor appointments. Please train nurses and doctors to see if anyone has checked in for appoimtments early and rake them in early to free up waitkng times.
