Very poor | Communication is poor. I wasn’t given correct answers or directed to the correct people on time. Also, I’ve been spoken to quite rudely on numerous occasions. It isn’t the doctors but admin staff like receptionists that I constantly experience this with. | Better customer service. It would be better if answers were given correctly and on time. If the person I’m speaking to doesn’t know the answers then they should direct me to the person who does instead of giving false assurance.
