Neither good nor poor	Too long to answer phone calls. Also time taken to see doctor is unacceptable. The patient before me had left the room yet I still had to wait 25 minutes for my turn. Also doctors need to arrive on time to the surgery. I had an appointment at 8:30am. The doctor arrived at 8:45 and then was having a nice chat with her colleagues for 7 minutes. Not acceptable.
