Poor	I called at 8.02 am was busy & then ringing I expected that was no problem however was called back after 2 hrs ! Was told all booking full ! How can that be when I got through to you at 8.02am thats 2 mins after line opened there is no way all appointments can be full in that short time !! & then I had to have a call back from doctors The service needs looking into .
