Don’t know | I had my blood test results & a pharmacist was supposed to ring me on a particular day appointed regarding my results.I was in whole day, no one rang & when I enquired I was told that he rang on landline & mobile. That was a lie as I have no missed calls on my mobile.I could not check on my landline. Number they said that they called was correct. 😭😭 | An apology rather than a lie would have been good.
