Poor	Choice of Doctors Same day Appointment Direct contact and correct advice to patients Not just try to promote drugs without proper Diagnosis.	Need to give all Details information to patients Need to increase time if necessary Only one Problems in one appointment is not good enough to right diagnosis and treatment. Very poor	We don’t get an appointment for senior doctor. Reception are deciding which doctors patients should be seen by and not allowing patients to see senior doctors. Appointments should be made so that we are able to see senior doctors.
