Very poor | If you have book prebook appointment 1month in advance 2 week before reception ring and tell you dr is not working on that day so need to push back for another few days .( this happen few times with me)
When you ask reception is there any another Dr available on the same day her reply is no other doctors available on the same day and if you need appointment earlier ring tomorrow 8am you will get appointment whats the point of having a pre book appointment when there is appointment available with morning inconvenience as when you ring 8am in the morning they reply all appointment are finish for the day ring tomorrow and its just 15min when surgery open and if you ring 111 they have appointment in the surgery on the same day what a crap
When you ask reception is there any doctors telephone appointment available she reply its available in few weeks time what a crap they are playing.
You can have earlier appointment if you ring at 8am but they can’t pre book you telephone for another 5-6 week time
| Please be clear on appointments and have some prebook appointment in 1-2 dqys time not in 5-6 weeks time .
dont tell patient that ring tomorrow morning just to let them know there is no appointments available today and ring next day for appointment don’t play with patient care
