Want to speak to a GP because the online help does not cover my situation. When I got through the phones after 45 mins told all GP appointments booked and ring back at 8.00 am again. So what happened about no more rush which the annoying person on the automated messages keeps saying. She sounds naive.

Pick up the phone and give as a face to face appointment! You need a voice of an adult on your automated messages. Get serious.

There are various reasons, after 35 years with this practice I am still unable to gasp how the booking system works, the promises made by clinicians are not fulfilled, advance age is not being considered, regular medication is taken off without any reasonable answers.

First of all improve booking arrangements, should give elderly patients advance booking and so on

I had eye infection which you referd to go to chemist I did i did not det any eye drop told me to put hot towel on eye lid for 3 days then will give you antibiotics drops when it got worse I went back to chemist they said now you have swelling go to eye casualty I just got in time because it does not take patients after 4 30 it was viral i section they gave me .medecation so.e test have been done I have to go back I 2 weeks time if chemist advise me proper I would not have suffer plz give us docter oppitment chemist is not the wright answer evrytime
