Very poor | It took over 1hr 40m wait time in the queue!!! Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait. Receptionists are not welcoming over the phone and are quite rude and abrupt when they talk to you… When I asked for an appointment they just say date of birth, confirm name, why you need it. There’s no empathy, no please, no thank you, no human touch. Boo customer service skills whatsoever. | Take to your patients with empathy, like they’re human. Your team treats it as a ‘job’. There’s no please, no thank you, no let me see how I can help you out what I can for you. It’s usually just a straight no to anything you ask or call back 2mw!!!
