Poor | Can’t get thru on the phone and the appointments are not available when you get thru after 45 min wait! And if you are lucky to speak with someone the GP of choice is not available. | Just about everything can be improved. The old system of seeing the GP when required was working well. Good | Friendly service at all times, will help with any enquiries. | Online accessing of records needs to be accessible easier, especially if permission is granted to access child under age 16- asked multiple times over the phone and at the surgery for access for child’s record unfortunately still not sorted. | March 9, 2024 at 12:31 pm |
