Neither good nor poor | Every time I try to book appointments I’m unable to get appointments face to face and reception are not friendly! She always say they fully book and say you have try again next day ! Recently i had pain in my ear and wanted doctors to see me face to face then she book me to merlin vaz health centre and I was seen and then nurse referred me to ENT luckily my appointment came through straight way and was treated!
