Very good | Excellent GP practice. The doctors and nurses are very professional, kind, and attentive. Appointments are well managed and the reception staff are always helpful. I feel well cared for here. Highly recommend. | While the overall care is very good, it can sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone in the mornings. Neither good nor poor | Last two days I am ringing for appointments and when my turn come there is no appointments. Very poor | Reception girls were awful – one was busy applying lip balm and point me to go the other girl – she then tells me to wait as she was doing something / 4 mins later both chatting about printer issues but don’t acknowledge me – I had to interject and say surely you should sort that later and deal with the queue!!!
