Poor | The receptionist said her system was slow gave my details to her 4 times. Her colleague said just go upstairs and you will be calked. Sat waiting for 40 mins then asked the nurse. She said i wasnt on the list. The lady who booked my appointment booked it for the wrong day but told me to come today as the GP instructed an urgent blood test.
