Neither good nor poor

I was given medication prescription short of 51 days after telephone consultations I had to call surgery to correct even though my pharmacy emailed surgery 2x in 3to4 days of telling them prescription is short of medication

Some one in administrations check email regularly daily in reasonably ample time

Some time service is very wonderful
Is depends on admin duty staff.
How they listen and support to patient .
This time Gita delta with me she is proper qualified staff.
Good knowledge about her duty

Some staff need more training.
I know some time they run with appointments, But staff not happy to support

I got a call back instead of waiting in line. I got an appointment straightaway

It takes too much time to get in touch with the surgery. But the service level is good.

Take action to reduce waiting time.

Make the online system more user friendly.
