Very poor | The nurse was very rude and obnoxious I was in the waiting room on the phone and concluding my call with the fire service and she was rude about it she was 5 minutes behind time and she was still rude telling me that I should come prepared with my sleeves rolled up and ready for her to take some blood. Very good | The lady who carried out my blood test was absolutely wonderful. She was clearly very experienced and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
