Very poor | Takes ages to get an appointment or to speak with some one. People on the phones have no telephone manners I had an afternoon telephone appointment booked, with no specific time during my working day…. I received a call from the surgery at a random time and then after one ring and before I could answer the caller hung up on me…. I then get a text message that they wasn’t able to contact me. Good | The surgery has improved a lot engaging with patients | Access to services GP sometimes a receptionist they turn away patients that need help specially the elderly patients would like to see an improvement in that area as they cannot do things on the Internet they prefer to do face-to-face and I think there should be a service to cater for people that need face-to-face | January 6, 2026 at 2:31 pm |
