Very good | The lady who was extracting the blood was very good at her job. I usually have a lot of problems when extracting blood but she took my blood out very quickly and with very limited pain and was very experienced so full marks and she was getting through the patients one after the other very quickly so it was a short wait. | I think a doctor surgery should smell like dettol – clean – like the place has been disinfected. Now I understand that not everyone in this catchment area has great hygiene and this is out of your control but the surgery did smell a little so the dettol and disinfectant smell could have neutralised the bad ouder.
