Neither good nor poor | Entered the surgery, i u sweats d that you might be encouraging people to use the online check- in facility. But went to the counter to find your staff sitting there explained I had an appointment she replied have you thought about using the machine. So had to refer back to that The nurse was running late but was only informed 20 mins after the time of appointment. Another nurse took the appointment as there was queue forming for people to have blood tests. The nurse informed me the appointment wasn’t for a full blood test – just for cholesterol. | Before proceeding with blood test the doctor needs to advice ( better communication) why and what the tests are for . This isnt the first time I’ve attended the surgery expecting a full blood test for a full check and informed it’s just for cholesterol. | December 5, 2025 at 7:58 am |
