Neither good nor poor | Mainly, you need qualified people who can judge the patient need to Doctor or pharmacy. When people said they not well for a month then definitely he must have done all the things supposed to do and need to see Doctor personally. | You need clever and well experienced people on telephone, who can make judgement that you need pharmacy or Doctor appointment.
