Good | The staff and the doctors are very helpful and understanding | It’s difficult for elderly to use online services and it’s extremely busy at eight in the morning. Sometimes by the time you get through all the appointments are taken. Not happy with giving us appointments for different locations. Very poor | Reception staff do not know what they’re doing. Usually always looking lost. They lost my mum’s blood sugar data that was requested by the nurse/doctor and it took them a whole week to find it! And they kept getting it cocked with blood pressure even though I repeatedly corrected them by saying it’s blood SUGAR!! Testing kit was given. Nurse said I’ll get shown how to use it, I wasn’t and no sharps bin provided either. Absolutely useless! | EVERYTHING can be done better!! Trained staff would be ideal. Staff who know what they’re doing, who have better customer service skills and staff who actually CARE about the patients To the staff, this is just a job hence they have no empathy on the poorly patients that walk through your doors.
